If you are up for Bosnian food, this is the place in North Jersey. It offers good food in an incredible back garden with great ambiance. The only blemish is spotty service

The food is really good it's the best food I've ever had. The service is really nice fast. My longest wait for my food is at least is 7 mins.

The place was absolutely Gorgeous!! Lovely place for a nice brunch. They have a lot of options for food. Kid friendly menu too. Their bread is splendid. Perfectly baked. The only complaint i had was a bit of cleanliness and service. My soda glass smelt awfullll. Like rotten eggs. When asked to replace the glass, our server took forever, but the other glass smelt the same. I let it go and had the food without my drink.

Stumbled upon this unique place after seeing beautiful photos and ratings on Yelp while looking for a place to grab a late breakfast. So glad we checked it out! The waitress asked us if we wanted to sit outside, and of course we did, she led us down the alley of the restaurant to the back where we were amazed at the beautifully decorated outdoor seating areas. Way better than the photos I saw! I knew we were gonna have a great experience. I wish I tried something a little authentic to Turkey but I had French toast on my mind when I began my search for a restaurant. The waiter was very cool explaining some of their most popular dishes and even how to pour the coffee properly. Turkish coffee comes delivered so cool with all the decorated plates and cups. My wife had a panini and a very rich piece of cake (Monte Torta). All delicious! We'll be back, and next time will try something more authentically Turkish.

I'm a fan of Turkish cuisine but sadly there just aren't many good Turkish restaurants around where I live. Fortunately, I was in the Clifton area one day and got to check out Cafe Bubamara. I've heard and read a lot of good things about this neighborhood gem and was very excited to finally be able to check it out. The restaurant is small but they did a good job maximizing the useability of the space they have. I really like the eastern European decor and atmosphere. I came on a weekday round 11am and the restaurant was already 75% full, which is a good sign. As far as I know they do not take reservations. So come early, especially on weekends. The menu is much larger than I expected and has a nice layout accompanied by pictures of the food. There were many things I wanted to try, but with a party of just two people we were only able to order a few things. We opted for the Bubamara breakfast platter, Bubamara omelette, meat burek, and Turkish coffee. Everything was great, but the highlight for me was the burek. It was flaky, crispy, and meticulously layered to perfection. The succulent filling of the seasoned minced meat was rich in aroma and perfectly cooked to tender perfection. Just the smell of it as it arrived at our table was enough to make me salivate. Will definitely come back again as there were many other items I wanted to try on the menu. The one negative thing I guess would be the parking. It's street parking only in a pretty busy downtown area.

I adore this place. Authentic cuisine , cozy vibes, and friendly service . I came here with a friend to try a new spot and saw photos of this place online thinking it would be a cute addition to our coffee journey. I will say space is slightly tight throughout but it's not uncomfortable and the staff definitely try to accommodate you, as I came with a baby in a car seat. We first ordered the Turkish coffee which I was worried when I saw it came black but was pleasantly surprised at how delicious and strong it was. It was also served in a beautiful coffee set with sugar cubes. We then ordered a basket which was fried dough with feta and honey. I was so surprised to discover the dough was hollow leaving an amazing and airy texture. It was so filling and with the honey and feta was heaven!! We were getting so full but then ordered the beef sausage plate which was slightly spicy but again delicious. We finished off with dessert, which was a hazelnut and vanilla cake and it was again cloudy, airy and light. We left so full but not with a feel of disgust. The food was filling but airy. Such a great combo

Came upon this cute spot and stayed for the cozy, homey dishes! Our server recommended the Ustipci as a starter and that was the best way to start our meal - fried but light dough with airy pockets to stuff with feta cheese and sweet honey. I shared two dishes - the savory crepe with grilled chicken and Zeljanica (spinach and feta pie). Both were such new tastes to me and it's so satisfying when new foods taste even better than your expectations! -The crepe was crunchy yet the inside was like a rolled tortilla/hot pocket-esq - very comforting. -I expected the savory pie to be eggy or spongey but not at all! It was very cornmeal-like and again, very warm and satisfying. The spicy feta mixture really topped this off! Would love to come again and try other dishes - their menu is extensive!

This is a secret haven! I never knew this place existed until it was suggested to me. It looks small from the street view but it's actually very big inside and in the back and each room/section has its aesthetic. The different aesthetics alone make you want to come back and sit in a different spot each time to experience the different vibes. The menu is packed with quality of Turkish/Mediterranean meals. I was staring at each person plate come out of the kitchen and each one I wanted to try. I thought I got basic chicken fingers for lunch but they were breaded in cornflakes. EPIC! It was the best chicken fingers I've ever had hahah! I'm definitely going back to try something Turkish, as well as the dessert. I mean the menu is huge and all of quality from what I saw and tasted. You will not be disappointed going here.
